I had my first consultation this afternoon, Dr Muhammad was polite , friendly , professional and explained everything I needed to know . He had already reviewed my health records that I had linked to my account, but he asked me a succession of questions to make sure everything was as it should be , I was asked why I had decided on this route of medication ,so I explained. My prescription was tailored to me , my lifestyle and working life and medical needs. I was ensured that I didnt have to wait for a whole month if I had an adverse reaction or had any other questions not covered in the consultation. You can download a record of your consultation after it has finished and everything i had said and he had told me was covered . I was a little apprehensive before the call as I am not good talking to strangers , but he put me at my ease and the time flew. If standard medication isn't helping your pain try this route, it may not be for you but on the other hand it may just help. I looked at many companies that sell this medication and even though this had a "plus" subscription fee. Not compulsory but worth having even though it is an added expense, I chose this company as the reviews were the best and they seemed more professional than some of the others. All in all , so far I would recomend ,my Dr and the company and hopefully my pain will be soon under control , without me having to swallow a handful of tablets .

Brilliant service, the doctor I spoke to was very nice, very informative and attentive. He explained the process thoroughly and in an easily understandable friendly manner. I feel that my consultation was very professional and that releaf is committed to looking after my well being.

I was contacted by Kiran by phone, to rearrange my initial consultation. She was so helpful and patient, talking me through the process for me to view my a/c. She explained the next steps well, advised what I could expect, and where to turn to if I was stuck. I’m 65, reasonably ok with modern technology, but occasionally need a little guidance. Top marks Kiran, you even made me smile today !

Booking process was simple with appointments at time and date of choosing. Consultation with Dr Andrew Smith was thorough, understanding and professional. All the treatment options were discussed at length, and will be revisited at follow up so treatment is tailored to my personal needs. Very happy with whole process.
